2014年7月23日から行われる「初音ミク」と「巡音ルカ」の[[スペシャルコラボライブ>ライブイベント]]。
セガの「初音ミク -Project DIVA-」シリーズ5周年を記念したイベント。
楽曲「Living Universe」は「ファンタシースターポータブル2」の主題歌。

&color(Maroon){''ライブ中、ロビーに居た(ライブ参加した)キャラクターには経験値、メセタ、レアドロップ率が2時間の間それぞれ10%上昇する特典が与えられる(4分30秒頃)''};。
この効果はライブブーストと呼ばれ、クエストが開始されていない状態でも時間経過により残時間は減少する。尚、Living Universe以外の[[クーナ>登場NPC/クーナ]]のライブなどでも発生する。

ライブは15分間(実質5分弱)のイベントとして行われ、その後15分のクールタイムを経て緊急クエストが発生する。
